Registration and Tuition

Our school year goes from September through May (Labor Day to Memorial Day).  We follow the calendar of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools for holiday vacations and teacher workdays, with some exceptions.

Registration for the following school year begins in January each year.  Current families have until February’s lottery to secure their spots for the following year.  New families can turn in their registration forms at any time, and in February, we will have a lottery to determine who gets the remaining spots.  Once we are full, new applicants will be placed on the waiting list.

• Forms can be downloaded here or picked up in person (Monday-Thursday 9:00-12:30.)

• You can mail or email preschool@meadowlakechurch.com your form or drop it off in person.

• We are now offering tours for the 2024-25 school year!

Where we enroll families, not students.

We operate on a lottery system for new families.  We take applications in the following order: currently enrolled students, siblings of currently enrolled students, Church members, and general public.  The lottery for new families will be held in February each year.  We will notify you of your child’s acceptance as soon as we know.  We follow CMS registration guidelines.  Your child must be the age of the class attending on or before August 31st.  For example, s/he must be two by August 31, to enroll in the 2s class for that school year.

We keep a current waitlist once we’ve reached capacity.

All classes meet from 9:00am-12:00pm- drop off begins at 8:50am.

Tuition rates for the 2024-25 school year are as follows:

Two’s (meet on Tuesdays & Thursdays) $175/month

Three’s (meet on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays) $210/month

Pre-K 4 (meet on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays) $250/month

There is a $15 tuition discount monthly for active church members.

The activity fee is a one-time fee to cover the cost of all special programs we have come to the school, field trips for the 3- and 4-year-old classes, special events at the school, and classroom supplies for each teacher due by October 1st of each year: Two’s $50; Three’s $75; Four’s $100

Registration Fee = $90  (+$60 for siblings)
