All of our camps have four areas that will relate to each theme: Silly Science, Language & Literacy, Creative Craft, and Fun & Fitness.
JUNE: On the Loose with Dr. Seuss
June 3-7
Dr. Seuss and all his crazy characters are on the Loose at Meadowlake! Thing 1 & 2 will be helping in crafts while the Cat in the Hat might appear during our fun and fitness time…and you never know if Sam I Am could show up for cooking class or snack time! We will also do silly science experiments and literacy all in Dr. Seuss’s World! No Grinches, please.
JULY: Nursery Rhymes
July 8-12
The children will learn classic nursery rhymes by acting them out, doing crafts and maybe pulling out a plum in a pie for snack time. Nursery rhymes are disappearing and they are so important to language skills. Come with us over the moon!
JUL/AUG: Around the World in 5 Days
July 29-August 2
We will board our “cruise ship” and take a tour of the world in 5 days! We will stop at different ports along the way learning the customs, language and tasting their food! Come join us for a trip you won’t soon forget.
Additional Details:
Dr. Seuss is on the Loose is open to potty-trained 3s through Rising 1st graders.
All other camps are open to Rising 4s through Rising 1st graders.
Monday – Friday 9-1pm.
Snack is provided and theme related.
Please bring a sack lunch.
$125 per week.
You do not have to be a student of Meadowlake Preschool to attend these camps.
