Notes from Fred:
- I have seen a lot of excitement in our Family this week – Reports of miles walked, Scriptures read and meditated and prayed on; members starting a new commitment to Wellness for their minds, bodies, spirits…
- I hope that all of us have begun a new Journey to Wellness – and that all of us will bring reports of many “steps” on the Walk to Jerusalem, to “fill the Cross,” and get across to Jerusalem by Easter!
Now I See
2 Corinthians 5:7
As you read and pray about the Scripture for this week, discuss it with someone else, and answer these questions:
- What specific words seem to be speaking to you, and why do those words “stand out” for you?
- The few words of our Scripture have many things to say about how we walk through life. Paul urges us to walk with mind, bodies, and spirits guided, not by what our world urges us to see, but what our faith encourages us to see. Is there some issue or circumstance in your life that you want your faith to show you “where to walk”? Where can you find that “sight of faith” – Who could help you find it?
- What would you like to understand better after Sunday?
Let me know about your preparation—and to what extent the sermon connected to your life.
Fred
